As a Football Player Scout, you will be responsible for identifying and recommending players who have the potential to make a significant impact on our affiliated clubs.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend football matches and training sessions to observe and evaluate players.

• Identify talented players who meet the specific needs and criteria of our affiliated clubs.

• Compile detailed reports on player performance, potential, and suitability.

• Maintain a comprehensive database of scouted players.

• Establish and maintain relationships with club coaches, agents, and other scouts.

• Stay updated on industry trends, player statistics, and emerging talents.

• Provide regular feedback and recommendations to the recruitment team.

Requirements

Previous experience as a football scout or a similar role in the sports industry.
In-depth knowledge of football tactics, player positions, and the overall game.
Strong analytical and observational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong network within the football community is a plus.
Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
